Brother is a Japanese company, whose profile comprises a diversity of electronic, industrial as well as domestic appliances, and is one of the world's leaders in the production of Industrial Sewing Machines and Printing. For the sale and promotion, Brother has subsidiaries all over the world. The industrial sewing machine tradition looks back upon 100 years' experience, and represents a considerable percentage of Brother's turnover. Brother headquarters for Industrial products like sewing machines and garment printer, in Europe, Africa and Middle East is located in Emmerich, Germany. Including our Branch office in Bologna (Italy) we are overall more than 70 employees, consisting of technicians, warehouse logistics staff, sales specialists, order processing specialists, marketing specialists and many more.
At the same time the Emmerich location is the Spare Parts Centre for all Europe and it stores more than 10.000 machine spare parts. Customer deliveries are processed daily under "Quick-Response-Philosophy".
